It's not just English, but also the computer languages, programs like Google Translate on phones, and Universal Translator devices that are becoming available. I would predict in the coming years if people are spending more time in virtual reality and video games that the vr world will automatically translate conversation.
0s and 1s is the new universal language (or some can argue mathematics)...but really, the language barrier is no longer an issue with today's tech.
