I wish to discuss a unusual incident happened with me yesterday when I was in a grocery store. Me and my partner was standing in a cue to get our bill done. Suddenly a person came behind me and touched my back which was very atypical for me. I said sorry and moved back, considering the fact that it could be possible that I didn't realized someone was standing behind me. A minute passed and I could smell his breath which clearly said he's too drunk too be in a public place including the nuisance.
He didn't stopped there and started misbehaving and even showed middle finger to me in a hall full of people; literate and torch bearer of society.
His behavior was uncommon and could be justified that he was under influence but what about those just standing and enjoying the show.
I believe i as a individual on humanitarian ground should not let people feel unsafe in public places, this is my understanding on this, what is yours ?
