Death Penalty For Rape In Any Case If Proven !!

When i first thought when i read this was that it was stupid my reasoning being that it would not help the victim as it would incentivise the criminal to murder the victim since they might get a death sentence in either case but there would be less evidence to directly incriminate them

A reason given for The death penalty was that it would discourage rape and rape culture as nobody would commit rape when they know the consequence of that action would cause death

Both the reasons are hypothetical as the first is based on a perticular case and the second has no relavent data to show that death penalty reduces crime

If you look at 3ed and 5th example then you would see that they are calling for the death of 4 and 10 year old kids
