It seems that the Turkish vice president of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies entered Syria illegally and met with al-Qaeda operatives.
The man praised the work of a British doctor who got his license revoked in his country three times temporarily and then permanently after merely 3 months working in the profession before he joined the ranks of al-Qaeda's notorious Nusra Front in Syria.
Being humanitarian is something noble, being humanitarian only to help terrorists is heinous, especially being a Turk, that's what makes the difference.
