A complete book that tries to answer the question of why communism, despite its enormous crimes, continues to enjoy acceptance is the great masquerade of Jean François Revel (2000). A couple of reasons given by Revel are that the left never assumes errors, that is to say, it would never be wrong but only against itself, and that it is always mediated by utopia: by the perfect society that never arrives. The latter applies to all planes: the left is never judged by its results, but by its goals.
However, and although it can be affirmed, as "justificatory", that the communist regimes never managed to build a communist society -without a state and without classes-, that the Chilean communists -like Guillermo Teillier or Karol Cariola- are not directly responsible for these crimes, does not mean that, in the same terms as former President Sebastián Piñera, referring to the Pinochet dictatorship, they are passive accomplices, for denying the existence of crimes against humanity under communist regimes.
Including the Cuba of the Castro brothers, in which the number of executed and disappeared, according to the Cuba Archive, would exceed the figure of 8,000. But also for not sympathizing with the victims and their relatives, as Margot Honecker did a little while ago by dismissing as idiots the people who tried to escape from the Berlin wall. All of which implies, in one sentence, thinking that there are human beings who do not deserve to live. Just like yesterday, Lenin, Stalin, Hitler or Pol Pot thought.
Many intellectuals outside of Venezuela believe that there is no communism or socialism, which is just an institutional disorder in the hands of gangsters who, in the name of an ideology, act against the interests of the people. Others think that it is a mental illness, communisms and all the distorted versions that were disguised under threat and that fear to improve it was worse one after another. Some day the universal scientific community will have to declare communism and all its facets as enemy systems of humanity
I would consider the two existing political systems obsolete one is a bourgeois dictatorship and the other a proletarian dictatorship, which requires South America is a fair political system and congruent to its reality and needs, and we can create it, leaving that complex we have to copy what is imposed and that we are not capable of being creative, meanwhile we will be the puppet of the world called civilized, what dogma is, Do not think we think for you, you limit yourself to consume what we produce sustaining our economy, so yours becomes manure .
