Well So sense my rider is down I tried to use old rusty to get a little bit of the yard done, now the gas leaks out slowly so I filled her up and started mowing I got not even around the yard once and it dies out. Now I am sure this is a problem that happened over time, but Why are we still experiencing this in 2018?
Why are lawnmowers so expensive? I mean they should be supplying more then they used to the companies providing the materials should be supplying more then they used to. Yet lawn mowers are not getting much better or cheaper, I mean sure if you go out and pay 3,000 for a mower you'll get your moneys worth maybe. I mean it's not worth 3,000 how do I know this? Well the taxes, tariffs, regulations all add to the cost of the lawn mower.
So the lawn mower let's say could be made for 1,000 plus all the associated cost makes it 2000, but now you have regulations, licenses, and other fees. These don't just happen once either I mean you tax materials needed for the equipment to mine then you tax the production of that mining equipment, then you tax the shipping of it, then you tax the use of the mining equipment to mine and so on. So it's not just the taxes associated with the steel it's the taxes associated with everything that all plays into the cost.
So when I am mowing the lawn and both my lawn mowers are being gay well I get pretty pissed at the government for
- The price being so high
- Making competition scarce
- Tariffs on foreign materials and products
- To hell with the government
Yeah so I am gonna stay pissed off for a little bit, hope you guys enjoyed the post please upvote, follow, and leave your thoughts in the comment section.
