Colonel Sanders, who was broke and only living in a tiny house. At his 65 years of existence, he decided to change something in his life and thought of what he can do. Then came up with the idea that his friends love his chicken recipe so much. He think that this is his big shot in making a change in his life.
Then he left his place and traveled to different places and try to sell his recipe.
He ask restaurant owners that he had a delectable chicken recipe. He offered it for free and just ask for a small percentage on each items sold.
But unluckily, of all the restaurants he approached, he heard NO for more than 1000 times. But after all those rejections, he still believed that his chicken recipe is somewhat special and didn't give up to continue his desire. And finally! All his efforts paid off! After 1009 times of rejections, he finally heard his first YES.
With that one YES of Colonel Hartland Sanders, the owner of KFC, changed the way Americans eat chicken. This is the birth of Kentucky Fried Chicken, commonly known as KFC.
Moral Lesson:
right! Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.
