Studies have shown that introverts composed 30 to 50 percent of the population. An introvert person prefers quiet, calm, peaceful and minimally stimulating environment and they also feel shy in socializing with other people.
If you are an introvert, you likely talk less but even if you don’t speak a lot, I believe that you have a substantial ideas or stories to tell which could inspire others.
In this blog, I will share to you five simple ways on how to inspire others even if you are an introvert.

1. Inspire them through your
works
Even if you are an introvert, you can inspire others by showing your support to everyone in your workplace, by giving your best in everything you do, and by always doing the right thing. Your works are still more important than words and promises.
2. Inspire them by being an active listener
Anyone knows how to hear but not everyone knows how to listen intently. It is important that you must listen intently for you to comprehend and make an appropriate response to someone who is speaking. It is really an amazing act of care if you offer your ears to someone who needs it.
3. Inspire them by creating a genuine relationship
Though you are an introvert, it doesn’t mean that you are not capable of creating relationships with other people. You can start creating a relationship to anyone by simply showing your smile. The next time you see each other around, you can say a little hi or hello and a little compliment.
4. Inspire them by sharing your story
You may not need others’ life story but someone needs to hear your story. You can simply start sharing your hobbies and interest until you have the confidence to share a more personal one like your struggles and how you overcome it. You don’t need to immediately share your story to a group; a genuine one is already enough.
5. Inspire them by being willing to extend help
You can help by sharing your ideas that may solve your workplace’ problem; sharing your hidden talent/ skill to your team; telling your story of transformation to someone; giving an advice to your friend who has a problem. You don’t need to do an extra effort to inspire others, you just need to be someone who can be counted on.
