Hi everyone. My name is Isiah Castillo. I'm from Valencia, Venezuela. I already have 8 month in steemit and you could be asking, why it tooks me so long to make an introducemyself-post? I already made it but I did it into spanish because I wanted to make an statement to show we spanish-speakers could have an important place here as in the world. Sometimes I say to myself -if we could learn english, why english-native-speakers can't try to learn spanish? do they use google translator as we do?- So I wanted to make this statement to post in spanish only but let's face it, if I want to be recognized I should try to let more people know who I am and what I do.
Everything I'll share here will be dedicated to my city, Valencia, in my country Venezuela and bicycles. I'll try to show the places one be able to access using this understimated mean of transport and also I'll try to help you to see the bright side of our dark historical moment. My country is passing by a moment produced for our bad goverment as you might know.
Despite this crisis we living there's still things that one can do, places to visit, some of them without expending a penny. Sometimes even just looking around we could see a landscape that couldn't be seen using another vehicule.
I always leave work at 6 in the evening, take my bike and I don't have to worry about traffic. The speed that my bike let me go allows me to see things, faces, people and I almost always have my camera in my bag so I can capture this moment in a photo. This time was a little gorgeous dog that I don't know if he belong to someone or is guarding the house, but it's just hillarious how he lays in this window and watch everyone passes by the street.
May be to some of you this is not something remarcable but, here, a single guy with a bike and a camera could be an easy target for all the felons on the streets today. So this is me, this is what I do, hunt places and images on my bike and write about it.
Cheers to everyone
