I am an HR professional & a life time learner in the various areas of HR Fields.

As a passionate HR professional I've working in this field from 2008 to till now. Well experienced & detailed expertise on the functions of Core Human Resources Management. Well conversant to organizational expectation transform with HRM tools, leading Team as strategic Partner of the organizations as Managerial & above position from 2010 to till now. I have diversified working experiences in my field both in local & multinational organizations.

Now I'm working as a Functional Head of the Department of HR, Admin & Compliance of three business units of Meghna Executive Holdings, located at Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Some basic information as below:
Professional Education: MBA major in HRM, PGDPM & LL.B (1st part); along with Graduation & Post-Graduation from University of Dhaka.

Associate Member of Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management (BSHRM)
Joint Secretary of Dhaka University HR Professionals (DUHRP)
Fellow Member of Bangladesh Society of Apparel HR Professionals (BSAHRP)

Note that I am Travel lover, Open, Social, Friendly, Knowing diversity of people & their culture also my hobby.
