Hello Steemians! My Name is Monica and I am very excited to Join the Steemit :)

I'm a 28 year old girl from India’s most beautiful part Chaukori (Uttrakhand).

I spend most of my time exploring nature, travelling, teaching yoga and helping my coworkers at NOG.
I was born in a beautiful place called Almora in Himalayan region.
Currently I am working as a yoga instructor in a school (Himalayan Education Foundation) in Chaukori (Uttrakhand).

I am also associated with the NGO called himalayan-naari( http://himalayan-naari.in/ ), helping local women through selling the hand-knit products made by them.
I love exploring untouched beauty of nature, playing volleyball and innovating food in my kitchen.

I have two lovely dogs named Robo and Jass.

Why are you here?
A few days ago one of my very old friends wrote a super motivating blog, posted in Steemit and invited me to read and join the awesome people of Steemit. Until then I never even heard of it. I tried to figure out how this platform works and I must say - it is a great alternative for 'classic' social media platforms that we all use today. I am sure there will be many people out there who may find my posts inspiration and beautiful. So I hope to reach out to more people who love nature just like me. ♥

What kind of things do you post?
I would like to share my travel experience, captured beauty of nature, motivational thoughts, outcome of my experiment with food and things going around the world. So yeah, I will keep you all updated!
