Inspired to Post

I've been on Steemit since June 2017 and I have been curating and commenting regularly since then but I have seen a post today that has moved me enough to inspire me to write my introduction post finally. I recommend you read this post too: HERE I don't want to focus my intro on me, because to me, this platform is about introducing all of the amazing work that the Steemit community is doing, so therefore I am dedicating my post to you.

Even in the short period of time that I have been on Steemit, I have seen so many wonderful movements initiated, but I especially love the work of @steem-ambassador and the value that this brings to #promo-steem bloggers lives.

@steem-ambassador is a network of highly respected, trusted and upstanding members of the @promo-steem community, who have been voted in for their highly effective promotion of Steemit and the Steem blockchain, through content curation, events, campaigns, marketing and lots more. The @promo-steem community are voluntaryists working to spread the word about Steem and grow the network.

@steem-ambassador and @promo-steem have been running for about 6 months, thanks to the tireless work that @Starkerz and @Anarcotech have been doing. They have not only dedicated a huge amount of their time, but also their own money to get the movement going and have already got the hashtag #promo-steem trending all over the world.

This post written by @starlost proves that with movements like #promo-steem and the efforts that people like @anarcotech and @starkerz are making, really does help people all over the world. What is amazing is that every penny that is delegated by you, the Steem community, to the #promo-steem bloggers for their work, goes to them directly. Many that may not otherwise be able to get jobs, are able to feed their families on even 2 SBD a day. As a delegator of Steem, you can see exactly where your money goes and how it's helping not only the individuals lives, but also the help it brings to the work they do for their communities.
