We looked into your issue. Your refund was not processed since you are on cheetah's blacklist. Kindly remove yourself from the blacklist through their discord channel and then notify us for refund.
I have talked with them, they will remove after 7 days, But we are your regular customer and we daily bid you, if you can't upvotes then you have to refund, it's as simple as I said.
We have already refunded you. We would never keep anyone's refund. Its just that we wanted you to get removed from cheetah's blacklist. That's all.
