Don't be shy!!!! THIS IS ME :)

I believe that I have a very interesting story to tell about how I became who I am today. In 1988 a woman gave birth in Brooklyn Ny to large baby boy, 13lbs to be exact... WAIT! thats all well and good but I don't want to be the sole individual on this platform to bore his readers to death! so lets's fast forward about 25 years to when it all starts to get interesting

Yes, exactly 3 months after my 25th birthday I decided to move to Los angeles, Ca, on nothing but my hopes and dreams. I finished high school, I went to college but I had absolutely nothing major to show for it, it was actually very depressing. Moving to Los Angeles would give me somewhat of a fresh start and an opportunity for me to focus on my dreams of being in films, modeling and becoming one of the top pioneers in fitness, health & wellness. I've had great success in all of these platforms which I will gladly explain to you, just keep reading.

1.) Health & wellness

Cudjoe Fitness was something that I originally created in order to help me bring in some income because it turned out that hopes & dreams couldn't pay for food & transportation. Cudjoe Fitness opened up plenty of doors for me and gave me opportunities that I could have only dreamed of three years prior. It all kicked off with me being featured in an article by Shape magazine "The 50 hottest male trainers in America, 2014."

Prior to the release of that article I was just a trainer trying to make ends meet, but after that I became the "hot" trainer who was becoming known as the man to see about health & wellness. Within this year stretch I also did some work with: Muscle & Fitness magazine, Details magazine, the Epoch times, garagemyplanner.com, and one of my personal favorites an article in Voyagle L.A about me being one of the best boxing trainers in West Hollywood.

2.)Film

Now, film has always been an interesting industry to break into because once you get in you need to stay in and stay hot. Personally, I fizzled out some and wasn't aware of the get in, stay hot, be hot motto. However, when I was in there I was able to get some great opportunities: I did a commercial on Sportscenter, I had an appearance on Glee, I did some work on a music video with Ne-yo and some other small things here and there nothing to go crazy about. So yea, that was my short film career but mark my words it will be resurrected some time in the near future! (muahahahaha)

3.)Modeling

My modeling career was short lived, the biggest thing that I can say I did in that field was do a shoot with "meundies," which was tons of fun! It also helped me to open up and become less shy in front of the camera. I had plenty of shoots here and there but nothing ever made it over the wall, possibly one day I'll revisit that avenue...

Would you believe that since moving out to L.A and working and striving hard in the three main aspects of health & wellness, T.V & film & modeling, I was still able to fall in love, get married settle down and start a family!!!

SO, in wrapping up my mini life story, I would just like to say that I'm here on this platform to give tips on health and wellness, motivational talks to get you up and moving & the occasional laugh to help brighten your day.
