Isn't this cheesy? A WHOLE post about cheese

Beware this post is gon' get pretty cheesy.

Hi I'm Jana and I'm a cheeseaholic. This is my story.

I am in love with cheese.
Like, utterly obsessed. I tend to find myself constantly daydreaming about cheese, thinking of ideas about how I can incorporate cheese into my daily meals (and pretty much life) and simply what cheeses I will decide to eat when I get home.

I write to you whilst eating Persian Fetta, Roma tomatoes and rosemary sprigs on a vita wheat cracker. HOW SENSATIONAL IS THAT.

Sweet dreams are made of cheese, who am I to dis a brie?

Well we clearly know of all the health benefits cheese has: good source of calcium (aka you can get your recommended daily 2.5 serves of dairy through inhaling a block of cheese), good sources of vitamins and minerals and apparently regulates muscle and heart function.

Cheese is the glue that holds life together (well the life of our meals at least). Think of just HOW VITAL cheese is in these common dishes:

• Cheese on pizza
• Macaroni and cheese
• Cheese platter
• Cheesecake
• Actually add some flavour into a salad
• Cheese sticks
• TOASTED SANDWICHES
  I cannot even begin to fathom how utterly horrendous this dishes would taste with cheese.

So moral of the story.
Cheese is fucking life.

Anyone who thinks otherwise, tell them "goodbye and have a gouda day" ✌🏼
