Getting back to steemit !
Hello Steemians. My name is JT Streetman .. and I'm BACK !!!!
I literally fell off the "grid" for several months and am striving to get back into life and back on my feet again. After raising four children, three of four, (I am proud to say) went to college, and after a twenty-five year marriage that ended unexpectedly, suddenly and horribly, I am now very happy to embrace the future and get started on "Phase 2" of my life.

There are a couple people here on steemit that know me and know that I am very hard headed and do as I have always done, "Do it on my own". I have always been reticent to ask anyone for anything and am still a very private person seeking my own way. However, I would like to especially thank @sykochica (for all the help basically since day one on steemit), and @fyrstikken and others for all the encouragement and moral support. Although I am not in the best of situations by a long shot, I am endeavoring to stay focused, keep my best foot forward and do the best I can with what I have. I will be back on top of my game soon. I used to own multiple businesses ... I did it once, If I choose, I CAN do it again !
I'm thrilled to be back on steemit and feel things are looking up, not only for myself but everyone that is involved with steemit. I am here for the long haul and look forward to the future as I hope all of you are too. This is an exciting time to be alive and to be able to watch not only the creation of blockchain technology but also the evolution and implementation into our society. The implications and impact at this time is just unknowable. Personally, I believe the "unintended" consequences of blockchain technology and especially steemit.com are serendipitous in nature and is going to change the world in new unexpected and wonderful ways. With steemit.com leading the way in social platforms all of us are actually changing the world one transaction at a time.

I enjoyed your thoughts on the Bitshares talk (on discord). I needed to replace my car starter in the freezen cold today and you need to sleep. But we were both stuck on the after party.

JT, I wish you the best of luck in your journey. I completely agree with your excitement about blockchain and steemit. It actually reminds me of early days in the web revolution in the mid. 90's

Welcome Back. Life is not a fairly tale but it is what you make of it. I believe that you will be back up and running soon. I have some challenges of my own ahead but always try to keep a level head and focus on the good of this world. Everything happens for a reason, although most of the time we don't know why it happens. Keep Faith.

I know its hard but you can make yourself post in the morning, just write about yoru day! i PROMISE you we all want to hear your progress and you will be getting $100 pposts every day or so and youll be making so much here THIS will be your next business!
lol some of us are talkers, not writers, HF 19 screwed up making money here in a way, the real money here, especially in the future is learning to trade, i have been trading for over 15 yrs, i came here to learn, not be a blogger ..., diff people are here for diff reasons ... i joined last year ... just got back on the net and steemit ... however, many have asked me to post more, considering it, but not for money, for the info i have to offer, but, to me, that can be shared with a mic, so, really, i don't care about making money here ...

i still think you should try posting everyday just for fun, you will be very happy with the monetary results even if you dont wanna see it like that,i getit, and one thing i have askd is if we could have a chrome extension to hide the dollar prices on steemit so i could see how if i would do any better without the pressure of making money!
I bet some peopel wouyld actually do better if they didnt wory about the money andjust blogged for fun, it woulkd be intersting to see if we had an optin to turn off the money and have peopel use steemit for a month or year and see how much steempowerthey have saved up, like show someone who has not been watcjing tgheir walet at all, after a year of steemit, thatthey have like $50,000 and it would probobluy be a great feeling! Getting toi see all the money you made ina year all at once hah anyway man
