First of all, I love how you layer the text with images. It really makes your post stand out and makes it fun to read. Your weight loss story is inspirational and I agree that if we just focused on the end goal, we would get discouraged. After all, weight loss takes time and you don't usually see results right away. I know one I first lost a lot of weight, I was mostly just focused on eating big salads (which I enjoyed) and moving my body more. I wasn't stepping on a scale every day (if I was, I probably would have given up), and it was only when others pointed out my weight loss that I became aware. And as a (mostly) vegan myself, I like that you promote vegan eating and not those high protein meaty diets that are so popular these days!
