Although in my experience as a technician where there are more deficiencies is in the lack of Add-ons that nobody knows because they work in the background (Like VB Runtimes, DX libraries, .net Framework, windows Updates, and of course and above all the list, DRIVERS)

Maybe it's necessary to start there, nothing like the beginning to begin with!
