I am Eburuche Obinna Chimezie Banito; a Nigerian and single. I am a multi-faceted entrepreneur and business strategist with key competencies in management and leadership development. I specialize in helping small businesses develop thriving business strategies and capacity development, to meet up with the pace of change in the present day economy while coaching and mentoring career persons and start-up entrepreneurs. I have worked in the food and beverage, engineering, consulting and telecommunication industries. I have over five years of experience in management and leadership consulting and training and presently work as the programme director for the Integrated Institute of Professional Management.
