The way this is setup it only ever votes when its recharged back to 100% power - however you're bidding for shares in the equivalent of an $0.08 vote. Everyone voting within each 9 minute window splits that power, so if 2 people pay 0.001 each it'll do 2 ~$0.02 votes ..
If 1 person doesn't understand and pays $10 , they get a $0.02 vote and their sacrifice will power up the bot for everyone else :P
It does what it says on the tin, if people overpay for votes they're gambling on getting my attention and follow through vote and indirectly supporting a bunch of good causes in the process :)
I had put in for three 0.001 SBD votes, but didn't seem to get any vote on any of them. does that mean others got the full vote and the 0.001's I put in were too smaller to even register for any vote whatsoever?
Yeah it looks like you bid 3* 0.001 within the same voting window and others came along afterwards with larger bids in the same window as well so your relative share got too small .
I just got up and reviewed the overnight bids and voted your suggestions anyway though :)
