RE: I'm going to do a little investigation into the down voters who do so for purely dislike, and other reasons as well as their connections to other accounts and popular "services".

OMG there's SOOO much information. You're so oblivious you didn't even realize @gikitki was talking about @noganoo. Good luck, Sherlock. I promise, you'll need it.

Sort:

I don't care who he was talking about. I am collecting information on a lot more than just you. And yes, I did realize who he is talking about. I went and commented on that post. ;)

Mirrors are useful for those that like to ad hominem. Then at least someone will be attacking you, even if it is only yourself.

Say what you will, you're just a pathetic old man trying to build a following. I get it.

Nope this isn't how I build a following. It actually is not what I prefer to do.

Much easier ways to build a following.

So set the record straight. So far what I am going to ask you is hearsay. So I am asking you and you can set it straight.

Did you get your initial power by mining steem before steemit went live, or did you actually SPEND money on it?

I ask so you can tell me which is the case. You have told me and others if we don't like it buy more steem power. I know you have bought steem after that, but I am mostly interested if the people are correct that you mined your initial steem, or are they wrong and you dropped a chunk of cash on it.

Most if not all of his steem was by mining. https://steemd.com/@berniesanders?page=450

Yep... I've looked at his account from start to finish on steemdb.com. I've also looked at engagement thoroughly and some smaller accounts. I still need to do nextgencrypto, thecyclist and some others completely.

One thing I found interesting is the choice he chose to name his mining bots/rigs. They were a few city names, breeds of canines, and names of infamous serial killers, plus a few one off accounts like mastermaster and then the numbered nextgenc# varieties. I am curious to see if there is more mining that went to the other accounts too, I suspect there will be. I haven't looked into them all yet. It takes time.... I spent 3 or 4 hours digging yesterday and I still have quite a ways to go.

I suggest you do your research on the blockchain. Regardless, I acquired it just like everyone else could have.

I will do the research. You could have saved time. Your choice. And "everyone" is not true, as there are plenty of people that don't know how to mine or have the knowledge necessary to do so. They also have to know about it.

So IF they knew about it, and had the skills to mine you would be correct. In that I agree with you.

Also I am not one of those that says your steem or power should be stripped from you. That is a slippery slope and who would it be aimed at next? It also would destroy any confidence in the currency.

So regardless of HOW you got it I would not advocate that. I just know that people usually bring up what is now being called "Premined" yet I hadn't dug that info out of the blockchain yet.

There's no such thing as a "premine". This coin was launched on Bitcointalk. If people aren't smart enough to mine or don't have the resources to figure it out that's neither my nor Steemit inc's. fault.

Obviously I didn't spend millions on Steem and mined much of it. Nobody in their sane mind would put that much into this project.

I didn't say it was.

Thank you.

"Steemit - Nobody in their sane mind would put that much into this project." That's a nice slogan I guess.

I am joking, I think you care a lot more about the platform than your attitude might suggest.

I received your other message as well.

feels like mom and dad fighting all over again ;.;
