I need to take a step back and clarify why I talk real estate at all. It comes down to this. There are two kinds of financial investments, equity and cash flow. Equity investments are like raising a forest of trees to cut it down when it's more valuable as timber. Cash flow is like raising an orchard of trees to give you fruit yearly. The "big money" gains in equity plays can be alluring but you also need to consider that you are a real person who has monthly expenses and your way out of those is building your investments that produce consistent, periodic cash flow. Crypto doesn't do that. You need to sell crypto to get your money out of it (aka you have to cut the forest down). Don't get me wrong I do crypto to but it's for the potential of a future payoff.
In the meantime you need things going that bring you monthly income. It can be a job, nothing wrong with that, but it could also be investments that pay off monthly..... Think about it....
The real estate market is going bezerk over Bitcoin at the moment. People are willing to sell their house in exchange for Bitcoin. I don't know if that is a good sign, but time will tell. It is good to see the real estate market embracing new forms of payment.
