A message to foreigners at #kr community | #kr 커뮤니티에 있는 외국인 유저들에게

우선 #kr 태그가 스팀잇 내에서 굉장히 활성화 되어 있고 많은 비-한국어 유저들이 이 태그를 사용하고 싶다는 것을 알고 있습니다. 하지만 몇 가지 말 하고 싶은 것들이 있습니다.

First of all, I heard that #kr tag is one of the most actively used tag in Steemit and many non-korean users want to use it. But I want to tell a few things.

1. 올바르지 않은 태그 사용 | Incorrect use of tag

kr 커뮤니티가 굉장히 활성화가 되어 있고 다른 태그들보다 보상을 많이 받을 수 있는 것은 사실입니다.
하지만 한국과 관련도 없는 글에 이 태그를 넣는 것은 어뷰징으로밖에 볼 수가 없습니다.
kr 커뮤니티에선 이런 글에 보팅을 할 필요성을 전혀 느끼지 못하고 피드에 스팸이 들어오는 것으로 느낍니다.
한국과 관련이 전혀 없다면 kr 태그를 사용하지 말아주길 부탁드립니다.

kr community is very active and can be rewarded more than other tags.
However, putting this tag in a post that is not related to Korea can only be seen as an abusing.
In the kr community, We do not feel that we need to vote on these posts and We feel that just spam comming into the feed.
If your post is not related Korea, I beg you to not use kr tag.

1.1 번역기를 이용한 포스팅 | A post that used translator

kr 태그를 이용하기 위해 번역기를 돌린 글을 포스팅 하는 경우도 간혹 보입니다. 하지만 번역기를 돌린 글은 의미를 알기 굉장히 힘들며 그렇기 때문에 별로 읽고 싶지도 않습니다.
당장 이 글만 하더라도 영어가 어색해서 읽기 어렵지 않은가요? 똑같은 느낌입니다.

Sometimes, There are postings that used translator to post in kr community.
But that post is hard to read because translator is not that good, And we don't want to read.
This post is hard to read for English users. isn't it? It's a same thing.

2. "영어로 번역해줘"라고 말하는 사람들 | A people who just sayng "English version?"

한국인이 한글로 작성한 포스트에 와서 달랑 "Engligh version?" 이라고 말하는 사람들이 있습니다. 이것은 비단 스팀잇 뿐만 아니라 다른 곳에서도 흔히 있는 일입니다.
한국 뿐만 아니라 많은 비-영어권 사람들이 정보를 얻기 위해 영어를 배웁니다. 영어로 된 문서가 굉장히 많기 때문이죠.
하지만 한글로 쓰인 글이 많은 곳이라면 반대로 한국어를 배워서 읽으려는 노력을 하는 게 공평하지 않을까요? 영어권 사람들은 잘 모를 지 모르겠지만 다른 나라의 언어나 문화를 배우는 건 생각보다 재밌는 일입니다. 시도해보세요.

There are people who just comment "English version?". It is not only on Steemit, It happens everywhere.
Many of non-english people are learning English to find informations because there are many documentations are written in English.
However, If there are many articles written in Korean, Isn't it fair to learn Korean to read that?
English speakers may not know well, But learning languages and cultures from other countries is more fun than you might think. Just try it.
