Cuba is not familiar with me, but my friend brought me Cuban restaurant 'Tampa' in Yeonnam-dong, South Korea.
Tampa has typical Cuban sandwiches and some unique desserts. You can search 'Tampa' on Naver.
The air inside felt so perky. Perfectly cozy.
See those bright yellow and blue walls!
A Rudolph was standing by the door and greeting us.
Sorry for the flipped pictures.
Those are the menus.
I ordered the basic one, Tampa Cuban Sandwich. Original is always rightt and it was marked as BEST. My company got the mac and cheese one.
Plus Oreo fries. I even did not try that in New York because it sounds super freaky, but the day was the day for my first try.
The chef got us free appetizer, potato + bacon + cheese soup. DELICIOUS BUT
most of American comfort food makes me worry about weight,, sigh
Look at the adorable dotted spoon!!!! so well matched with blue-y snowy saucer.
Food was not bad. We actually enjoyed'em.
Orea fries was the issue.
Finally got a bite
kinda bland, hot, softy, bready oreo....
it was better with whipped cream (must be with a lot of whipped cream)
It would be my first and last oreo fries in my life, ugh.
It is certainly worth a visit for whom wants to try something unique.
I am a bit curious about the oreo fries lol
