Do we get Leo for just holding, I remember they were paying dividends to Leo power holders. I never reached the threshold due to non-posting myself.

Not currently just for holding LEO. They briefly paid a share of the ad revenue out, but this stopped. They are working on a new ad system, and something may resume once that gets launched, which will likely have some activity level requirements (just my assumption based on how the last model worked).
We grow our LEO stake through the @leo.voter delegation, and use liquid payouts (post and curation) for the income distribution.
