Crypto Yacht Party : A Decentralized Yacht Club

A decentralized yacht club.

What is crypto yacht party?
In the same boat as BAYC, CYP is a crypto focused NFT group.

Our goal is simple.
throw yacht parties and earn gains.

Functionality.
Crypto Yacht Party will exist, initially, as a mint of 8888 unique NFTs, known as "yachties".
In addition (or subtracted from), there will be a series of 10 (+/-) unique yachties. These will be distributed to the team, early adopters and strategic partners for the purpose of marketing AND offering additional bonuses to strategic supporters.

Story
After launch, funds from the initial sale will be added to our treasure chest. The treasure chest funds will be managed via DAO governance (voting is a right of yachtie holders). The main goal of the treasury fund is to :

• 1: Buy yachts
• 2: Maintain / operate yachts

Example : $1,000,000 raised via NFT sale. Tokens are purchased (mix of top 10 tokens) and colleralized on lending platform. USD loan is then used to : 1: purchase a yacht. 2: cover operating expenses with defi earnings. The yacht budget will be determined as a ratio of total funds raised where yacht purchase price = x% of total funds and yacht maintenance = total funds - x% [Essentially we will purchase the largest yacht that we can afford to buy AND operate / maintain given expected defi returns]

Adventure
Once the yacht is purchased / operational it will begin touring the world. "Yachties" will vote on where to throw parties, creating a "map". We will aim to hold a party every other week, allowing time to travel between destinations.

The Treasure Chest
In addition to funds raised from the initial NFT offering, the treasure chest will generate revenue through :

• appreciation of funds
• defi investments
• resale commission (10%) of yachties
• Sale of tickets to yacht parties **1
• Exclusive partnerships / token purchase agreements with new projects **2
• Private yacht charters during "down time"

With proper management we aim to increase the fund value over time, allowing for the purchasing of additional yachts.

Additional Revenue
CYP will reserve the right to tokenize the ownership of it's yachts. We can, in turn, provide

• tickets to yacht parties
• passage from place to place
• revenue share

In addition to the bi-weekly parties CYP will host bi-annual yacht weeks where select users can come aboard the yacht for a week long party / networking event. These tickets will be determined via a lottery system (distribution of secondary NFT's based on ownership of yachty) and can be resold on the open market.

Additional notes
All "yachtie" holders will be able to gain passage from one location to another (on a first come first serve basis).
Unique yachties will be able to charter a yacht (one week per year) for personal use (incentivizing early adopters to invest in the project)
If possible, we will aim to provide passive ocean clean up (trolling with an apparatus that removes debris from the ocean). All yachts will be wind / solar powered so we will be creating a net positive carbon footprint while cleaning the ocean in the process.

Yacht Parties
Yacht Parties will be 3 day long events (Friday through Sunday)
Friday* (potentially move speakers to saturday) will be an open event consisting of 1-2 speakers plus a yacht party. Individuals not holding a yachtie will be able to purchase tickets, allowing the Treasure Chest to generate revenue. In addition we may potentially charge for food / drinks to cover cost.
Saturday will be an exclusive event (only open to yachtie members) where we will have keynote speakers + networking events followed up by a yacht party. These will ONLY allow access for yachtie members, increasing the value of ownership.
Sunday, the lords day, will be reserved for debauchery and partying. This event will also be open; however, all proceeds from ticket sales / drink sales (potentially minus event costs) will be donated to charity. This will be the charitable arm of CYP, allowing us to continuously generate funds to be donated.
