This statement from the President of Eritrea really shows how broken the global financial system is. When he says that “they are printing money and not manufacturing anything,” he is not wrong. When Eritrea’s president calls for a “new financial architecture,” it might sound ambitious, but it reflects what many countries already think quietly. The world needs a system based on fairness, on real value, not manipulation. Digital assets, Bitcoin, and decentralized finance could be part of that solution. A system where no single country can print money endlessly or control global trade through their central bank policies.
This is not just about economics. It’s about sovereignty and freedom. As more leaders speak out, the pressure on the old system grows. The world is slowly moving away from the dollar-dominated era. Countries are starting to trade in their own currencies or even use gold and crypto alternatives.
