Below I show the performances of some cryptocurrencies that are among the top 100 in the Coinmarketcap ranking.
I show the best of the last 7 days and the worst of the last 7 days, then below are some personal comments.

👍UP 7 days
1-ORDI(ORDI) made +116.47% in 7 days
2-Terra Classic (LUNC) made +114.17% in 7 days
3-IOTA (IOTA) made +93.40% in 7 days

Some notes on the projects mentioned above
ORDI - This token is the one that, in the last 7 days, has had the best performance among the top 100 most capitalized cryptocurrencies. The gain of this token in the last 7 days is extremely high.
Today it is in 64th place in the Coinmarketcap ranking with a value of $41
The ORDI token is a BRC-20 token. The name BRC-20 comes from Ethereum's ERC-20 fungible token standard.
From what I understand, this token is the first BRC-20 token, so it has some historical importance or will have some. In terms of price, I don't know if it will increase more and more, but it is currently already doing very well.

LUNC - This is the native token of the TERRA blockchain, today called Terra CLassic after the collapse in value suffered by the entire TERRA/LUNA ecosystem. IOTA - The third best performance of the last 7 days belongs to the IOTA project.
What is this project about?
This project could be interesting as it is dedicated to IOT, i.e. the Internet of Things. IOTA wants to connect blockchain with the internet of things. This idea is currently among the very few of this kind.
Today IOTA is in 59th place in the Coinmarketcap ranking with a value of $0.33 and today it is the 36th most traded token in the last 24 hours.

1-UNUS SED LEO (LEO) made -6.09% in 7 days
2-Bitget Token (BGB) made -3.08% in 7 days

LEO -UNUS SED LEO achieved its worst performance in the last 7 days. It is not a highly negative performance, losing 6% in 7 days in the cryptocurrency market is not a strange thing.
Today LEO is in 24th place in the Coinmarketcap ranking with a value of $3.76 and today it is the 752nd most traded token in the last 24 hours.
What is this project about?
This token is linked to Bitfinex, a fairly well-known cryptocurrency exchange. This exchange is also named among the exchanges that own the most Bitcoin in the world.

BGB - The second worst performance comes from Bitget Token.

What is this project about?
I had never heard of this token which at first glance appears to be the token of a cryptocurrency exchange with the mission of creating a crypto copy trading platform.

AXS -Axie Infinity is the third worst performer of the week.
Today AXS is in 64th place in the Coinmarketcap ranking with a value of $6.65 and today it is the 76th most traded token in the last 24 hours.
What is this project about?
This token is dedicated to blockchain gaming and is the main token of the Axie Infinity game. This game was developed by the Vietnamese company Sky Mavis. The game runs on Unity which is a cross-platform game engine developed by Unity Technologies

Conclusions
-Who is doing well
ORDI is doing very well, even in the last episode of this column it was the token with the greatest increase.
LUNC and IOTA achieve surprising performances as both are close to 100% profit in 7 days.
-Who is going badly
LEO, BGB and AXS had negative performances, but they are weekly losses that in the world of cryptocurrencies we can consider normal.

ORDI - Questo token risulta quello che, negli ultimi 7 giorni, ha avuto la miglior performance tra le prime 100 criptomonete più capitalizzate. Il guadagno di questo token negli ultimi 7 giorni è estremamente elevato.
Oggi si trova al 64esimo posto della classifica di Coinmarketcap con un valore di 41$
Il token ORDI è un token BRC-20. Il nome BRC-20 deriva dallo standard dei token fungibili ERC-20 di Ethereum.
Da quel che mi risulta, questo token è il primo token BRC-20, quindi ha una certa importanza o ne avrà a livello storico. A livello di prezzo non saprei se aumenterà sempre di più, ma attualmente sta già facendo molto bene.

Cosa riguarda questo progetto?
Questo progetto potrebbe essere interessante in quanto è dedicato allo IOT, cioè l’Internet of Things. IOTA vuole collegare la blockchain con l’internet of things. Questa 'idea per il momento risulta tra le pochissime di questo genere.

Questo token è dedicato al gaming su blockchain ed è il token principale del gioco Axie Infinity.Questo gioco è stato sviluppato dall’azienda vietnamita Sky Mavis. Il gioco gira su Unity che è un motore di gioco multipiattaforma sviluppato da Unity Technologies

Conclusioni
-Chi sta andando bene
ORDI sta andando benissimo, anche nell’ultima puntata di questa rubrica era stato il token con il maggior rialzo.
LUNC e IOTA realizzano performance sorprendenti in quanto entrambe sono vicine al 100% di guadagno in 7 giorni.
-Chi sta andando male
LEO, BGB e AXS hanno avuto delle performance negative, ma sono perdite settimanali che nel mondo delle criptomonete possiamo giudicare normali.
