■ Supreme Court "Chief Justice Cho Hee-dae does not keep official vehicles."

The Supreme Court said it does not manage Chief Justice Cho Hee-dae's official car operation log.
According to the data submitted by Seo Young-kyo of the Democratic Party of Korea from the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court responded to Suh's request to submit an official vehicle log for Chief Justice Cho, saying, "Please understand that under Article 2 of the Court's Public Vehicle Management Rules and Article 5 of the Court's Public Vehicle Management Guidelines, private vehicles cannot be submitted because they do not have a vehicle log."
Initially, lawmaker Seo Young-kyo asked the Supreme Court to submit two official vehicle operation records from December 8, 2023, right after Chief Justice Cho took office, and from January to August this year, but the Supreme Court only submitted vehicle information such as vehicle type, displacement, year, and fuel cost instead of the operation log.

In this regard, the Supreme Court said, "We do not separately manage the operation of official cars for not only Chief Justice Cho, but also the former Chief Justice and the current Supreme Court justices."

■ Supreme Court omits schedule for Supreme Court Chief Justice Cho Hee-dae's revocation and repatriation trial
In this way, the Supreme Court has submitted schedule data to the National Assembly, omitting the trial schedule of Supreme Court Chief Justice Cho's remand of the case of President Lee Jae-myung's Public Official Election Act.
According to Supreme Court Chief Justice Cho's schedule submitted by the Supreme Court to the office of Representative Seo Young-kyo, there is no schedule for Chief Justice Cho from April 22 to May 7.
The decision to refer President Lee's case to the en banc on April 22, the first en banc hearing on the 24th, the designation of the sentencing date on the 29th, and the date of the revocation and repatriation on May 1 were all submitted without the schedule.
This is in contrast to the schedule of other en banc trials, including the Dec. 19 ruling on "including ordinary wages of conditional regular bonuses" and the March 20 ruling on "aggravated punishment for attempted rape and injury" on March 20 this year.
During the same period, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Cho's use of work expenses includes 420,000 won in the name of the "All-Agreement Meeting" spent in the cafeteria of the Supreme Court on April 23 this year, which is believed to have been the day after the Supreme Court's referral to the All-Agreement Meeting. The Supreme Court Chief Justice Cho's schedule data submitted by the Supreme Court also omits this "All-Agreement Meeting."

■ Supreme Court "Submit supplementary ‥ data while checking the missing schedule"
In response, the Supreme Court briefly responded to MBC, saying, "I will check it," and Seo Young-kyo's office said, "I will check the missing schedule and submit the data again."
Representative Seo Young-kyo said, "Chief Justice Cho Hee-dae issued a duplicate opinion that he did not attend the hearing, and he is poorly managing not only the schedule of President Lee's trial but also his official car operation, and he is not submitting it properly."

It seems the courts believe they are above the law.
They have no schedule, no records.
And they claim they cannot be judged for their own wrongdoings.
We need to reconsider what separation of powers truly means.
