Jang Jun-ha was a speaker at a smuggling rally for Samsung-affiliated companies at the invitation of the People's Party in October 1966. The revelation of the conglomerate's smuggling and marketing of saccharine sparked public criticism, and the opposition party held a condemnation contest. Jang Jun-ha, who was an invited speaker for the condemnation contest held at Suseongcheon Stream in Daegu in October, said, "Park Jeong-hee is a Korean smuggling king," and "President Johnson's visit to Korea is not because Park Chung-hee is doing well, but because he needs more blood from a young Korean man." On Sunday, at 11 a.m. on May 7, I was finally handcuffed while in the Supreme Council of the New Democratic Party Central Party. It was 13 hours before the election announcement. However, the second trip to Seodaemun Prison was much lighter than the first trip due to the statement of condemnation of smuggling. I responded to the interrogation as it was in Room 6 of the Seoul District Prosecutors' Office in the hope that the former comrades in prison would welcome them, who are familiar prison guards. The sky lying in the open prison camp at No. 1, five solitary confinement rooms, eight rooms, and a brick wall was breathing in the darkness. Then there was no sky.
Jang Jun-ha wrote Kwon Doo-eon in the October issue of "Thinking World" and entrusted it to the working-level staff before going to the speech hall in Daegu. Perhaps he decided to be arrested and aimed at Park Chung-hee. This Kwon Doo-eon was titled "We Reveal What To Do Again".
Today, we are rushing not only to confuse our path, but also not to allow the existence of "The Thought World". The vicious method becomes more intelligent and plots to isolate "The Thought World" with vocal oppression (interference in the production of sticky rice cake, disturbance to the sales network, pressure on the production agency). It is not known whether this oppression of the ruling class is really the result of instructions from the top or the over-loyalty attempted at the end, but it became clear that it was a consistent exposure to the intention of putting "The Thought World" in a corner and reducing the impossibility of its publication on its own.
Jang Jun-ha was arrested for the 'smuggling king' remark and released in December of that year, but he was sentenced to six months in prison at the trial in February of the following year and was arrested again, and his health deteriorated significantly during imprisonment. The chronic heart failure caused by high blood pressure worsened. It was a great hardship. Jang Jun-ha was imprisoned, "Sagwan" fell into a state of death, and his comrades left. It became difficult for the family to eat, and debtors flocked to the company and the rented house to act.
But this time, he put me in prison as if he wanted to get rid of the "thought world" that doesn't die, so the way they could do to me was by using sin.
In the end, both I and the "Thinking World" were exhausted, and the "Thinking World" became increasingly breathless after that, and I had to find a different way to fight them. Thus, choosing that other method of struggle motivated me to step into politics, and my "Thinking World" actually died at that time.
Like Jang Jun-ha's confession, from this time on, "The Thought World" fell into a state of moribundity. It was difficult to withstand the all-round oppression of the dictatorship. Is it the humanity of the world that was cruel, the intellectuals avoided stepping into "The Thought World" one by one, and hesitated to write as rumors spread that the company was in a difficult business condition. The more I did, the deeper my hatred for Park Chung-hee became. Jang Jun-ha's hatred of Park Chung-hee was not just personal.
It was a hatred and criticism of his past actions, which faithfully walked the path of a Japanese soldier while pledging loyalty to the Emperor.
"Vicious beings are more evil than evil acts. No matter how glorified reality the words of a preacher come from, it is also a lie. A brotherly act of a villain who antagonizes humans is also hatred. Therefore, he stressed, the existence of dictators who wear masks of national love and justice, mislead the people, and frequently engage in false and cruel deities should be eliminated."
This is what Bon Hooper said sometimes. Jang Jun-ha published several articles by Dietrich Bon Hooper, a theologian and pastor who was executed while attempting to punish Hitler in "The Thought World". Would it be unreasonable if Jang's will was a plan that was endorsed.
