Review of cake, spoge in the home

Hi friends today I want to share tips for steaming sponge cake in Let'sEat



Material:

Wheat flour 200 g

Sugar 200 g

vanilla flavored milk powder 5 tablespoons

4 grain chicken eggs

Baking soda sauce

Water 100 ml

Margarine

Love cake

How to make:

Prepare the mold you want to use spread with margarine, set aside.

Make caramel from 100 g. After that, add 100 ml of water. Cook until boiling. Chill.

Sift flour, baking soda and milk powder.

Beat eggs and sugar with a high-speed mixer to expand.

Enter the sieve in a container (bowl). Then mix with caramel. Mix well.

Pour beaten eggs and sugar. Beat with medium speed mixer.

Pour the batter on the margarine that has been smeared.

Steam for 20 minutes or until it expands perfectly.

Cool at temperatures above 5 minutes, remove the cake from the mold
