I have always been fascinated by the founding fathers of the United States especially their extreme mental fortitude, courage, grasp of finance, economics and law required to start a new country based on freedom especially in creating a document as amazing at the Constitution of America. I had the opportunity to see it in person in Washington D.C. and just the thinking about freedom and prosperity gets the heart racing with excitement. Recently with the invention of Bitcoin, a new monetary system has spawned a new generation of people who have similar mental fortitude as the American founding fathers who are doing what great women and men do which is to found great nations. It remains to be seen whether Liberland will become a great nation, but I already think it is great idea and I'm impressed that they are currently drafting their constitution. Here's what they've got so far check it out and let me know how you think it stacks up to the US Constitution. Be sure to up vote and leave your comments below on where you think they have differed and in what ways you think it is better or worse. I'm particularly interested in ideas on where the US constitution can be refreshed and upgraded. Because Liberland is starting based on blockchain/cryptocurrency technology I expect they will have much stronger support for digital privacy rights than the US constitution as such things were not invented when written, and I forsee a time in the near future where our constitution will need to be "refreshed" with such ideas.
