We don't watch "tv" or listen to the radio. It's too much crap. We do still enjoy movies and music but its as you said, our choice picked from the internet, of our old vhs, dvds, cds, records etc haha.
As for controlling my own usage of tech time, it's tricky cause I want to interact with people on Steemit and Discord and create content, but I have people "irl" that value my time too. I think I do okay balancing, still care for and play with my kids, still take family time off the comp/phone. I do my best.
Definitely interested in what the future of all this tech will bring. Who can guess!
