This is great! Another easy tip that is proven to drastically lower the average minutes someone spends on their phone everyday is a setting called grayscale. On IOS devices you can go into settings and turn on grayscale, this will make your phone completely black, white, and gray. This is proven to be less enticing when looking at Instagram, Facebook and your other favorite apps! It is the easiest way I have found to help break the addiction!
