Acupuncture is believed to stimulate the body's natural healing processes and restore balance to the flow of life energy.

The concept of life energy is an ancient and complex one that is still not well understood by science. While many people believe in its power and practice techniques to enhance its flow through the body, the existence of life energy has not been scientifically proven. However, the practice of techniques such as qigong, yoga, and acupuncture can bring benefits to physical and mental health that can be explained by other factors.
