Day 2173 | Afternoon Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Thursday was another low profile day as I'm currently not really feeling up to anything and I also don't seem to be able to force myself into it. I did manage to get in some productivity during the day and I did go for a 50 minute walk to the supermarket so at least it was something. Food remains the biggest hurdle and even though I only ate 1 meal during the day, it was and entire (small) bread so not healthy at all.


Today Goals: I will see if I can join a hot yoga session on Friday and most importantly I aim to keep my eating clean and limited over the weekend.
