Day 2181 | Friday Yoga & City Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I managed to join a lunchbreak yoga class on Friday followed by a city walk which got me at a respectable 12851 steps on the day. Over the course of the week I'm now at 80106 steps so just 10k steps a day during the weekend to go in order to reach the 100k step weekend goal. Eating healthy still continues to be the main struggle. I watched the football match in the evening which I did good on but overall especially the altcoin market has been in a big correction.


Today Goals: I will see if I'm able to join a hot yoga class and so some more steps.
