If anything, I fully reached my goals on activity and workouts last week doing a total of 100k steps and joining 3 hot yoga classes. However, I still failed to cut down on my eating and make it fully healthy

New Week Goals: Instead of neglecting my food intake putting full focus on the activity, I will do it the other way around this week giving healthy eating in limited quanitities priority. Only on Friday I'm going out with some friends to eat which might turn into something of a cheat day but I plan to make that up with at least 1 water fasting day.
Today Goals: I will go about my monday as usual and also try to join a hot yoga class.
