to hide their comments they have to be downvoted to negative reputation (I don’t have that much VP or delegations) and my reputation be higher than theirs.
They also get hidden in communities if they mute them and I already implemented a feature that automatically does that for communities that make me moderator but it’s blocked by a bug in hive mind.
