How do you act when the alarm goes off in the morning. Are you one of them that hit the snooze button several times and end up stressing your self because you are up to late. Do you really think this serves you day. Do you think your mind are more awake after tricking yourself to have some more time in the bed. The result of ending up to late out of bed upsets your inner mind, you start the day with a stressed mind, worried that you did not get enough sleep, that you did not have enough time to do what you should have done this morning, you often fear that you are late for work. All this negative thoughts upsets your mind and you will not get what you could out of the day.
Try this for a chance. Tonight when you go to bed, think of what positive things you want to accomplish tomorrow. What nice things you wanna do, don’t think negative. Tell yourself that you will get up when the alarm rings, and do it. When you get up, be positive, take your time to do what gives you a smile. Stop infront of a mirror and give yourself an honest compliment. And think of all the positive things you can get out of this day. Be thankful for where you are in your life and set goals for what you wanna do, both short and long term goals. And remember to stay positive during the day
I admit sometimes (more often now in winter) I am one who hits the snooze button at least 2-3 times :D sometimes to the point of me having to jog and catch the bus to work :)).
