Pros

• Obviously you don't have to worry about death or growing old.
• You have all the time you need to do whatever you want.
• You get to see the future of Humankind.
• The power to achieve almost anything.
  

  Cons

• Watching loved one grow old and die.
• Being Immortal also means infinite time of loneliness.
• Memory limit. There will come a time were forget the faces and even the names of your loved ones.
• You will outlive the universe and float around into nothingness
• You will eventually forget how to live a normal happy life.
• Lack of motivation
