One thing that has continued to give me hope for this platform is actually seeing your content consistently rewarded. Your thoughts and rambles and freeform posts are literally the kind of thing I expect to and want to see on this platform.

When the “quality content” discussion comes up, my mind usually goes to the subject of the blockchain-centric posts that we see a lot of here as well as on the other platform. I mean, I understand why people want to talk about the platform, but I think there’s so much more we can discuss on the platform rather than the platform itself...and that’s why I love seeing when your posts have high numbers in votes and value.

I speak very little on the subject of the platform itself or the blockchain, just because I think it’s perhaps my “role” here to bring other content. I’ve been really pleased when that other content is rewarded, and when it isn’t—doesn’t mean I don’t stop producing.

I think, at least in its early stages, that a more diverse content selection is being rewarded here—and I like that. The-platform-that-shall-not-be-named was mainly turning into what felt like a circle jerk to me of rewarding each other for posting about itself...which doesn’t serve to attract a bunch of new regular people—but I do feel like posts like what you create definitely do serve that purpose. I hope I can serve a similar purpose.
