I have a way of doing my thing nowadays. Since I have not been flagged for it I know I am on the right track. I just do my thing and in so doing I try not to fake it. I am always real and I will never stop doing that.

Work on being consistent. Add your personality to everything you do because people don't follow posts, they follow people. Other than that, I'm terrible at giving advice since what works for one doesn't work for everyone.
