Ah, Monday. Back to the grind, work and gym. Back Day was tough but short. I wish I had a longer lunch hour. One day I'll make my own lunch schedule. I personally would rather have a 2 hour lunch and work an hour later...but I don't think that would fly since my office has set hours of operations....
Anyways, wasn't able to get videos today, but it was a pretty basic workout with back/ab superset.
Then Hot Vinyasa yoga tonight 💆♀️I got my flow on.

Tomorrow I'm back with the trainer. I told him Push tomorrow since today was pretty much pull, but we'll see.
