We have to know how understand the message that our emotions are sending to us, they always have something important to say. I have a belief: When I am fine, everything is good. Because when you are feeling depressed no matter what happens in your daily basis you aren't able to appreciate life but if you try to feel better emotions you are going to enjoy life. Self-knowledge is always a good idea in order to find and feel positive emotions.

Bad thoughts generate negative emotions. Learning to recognize them is to avoid somatizing diseases and lead a healthy life. Thanks for the comment.
