Oh? People surely have more to think about than that 😂

Not really. There's an entire tokenized community out there somewhere disconnected from Hive that thinks I'm a crazy monster after I downvoted a rage quit post that was encouraging everyone else dump and leave with him, which negatively impacts everyone including his own followers. Downvote was worth just over a dollar. Boom, snap, crackle, pop, fireworks!

They also don't question someone using cartoon characters as "evidence" of "crimes" and don't question him when he boasts about it being an "investigation" or "expose". The comedy writes itself.

I'd hate to drop a toothpick there that's for sure.

If it's the community I'm thinking of (I don't want to name any names) then you are right...

The comedy writes itself.

Not really so funny if they're turning on one of your friends though :( ...

I get downvotes of a dollar or two from a big account sometimes (one that also generously upvotes me sometimes). Can't say I've ever felt like making a post about it... I assume it's an auto downvote set to counter the upvote from another large account from what I've read, and not a reflection on my work (hopefully not, at least).

!PIZZA !ALIVE !LOL

@nonameslefttouse! You Are Alive so I just staked 0.1 $ALIVE to your account on behalf of @wrestlingdesires. (1/10)

They don't seem to like anyone except themselves. Several were thrown under the bus. The things they do don't make much sense. They're really just out to hurt people. Severe and provable integrity issues. That's probably the best way to describe it.

I've taken plenty of downvotes. Rarely use them myself but they're handy to get rid of a spammer real fast or counter wasteful practices like an accidental post.

Those downvotes you're talking about are to counter some upvotes, yes. Technically it's not the publisher being downvoted, it's the upvoter being downvoted. That's not my fight though. It's between them. People gonna people.

Yeah, I used my downvotes against a hacked account that was trying to drop phishing links, and unfortunately didn't realize that if I did too many it would affect my upvote too 🤣 Thankfully Traci saw what happened, and gave me a huge delegation until my account recharged :) ...

I'm glad of that :)

Exactly, nothing we can really do about it, except let them be. It's their vote

I used to look around for art fraud and stuff like that, downvote it and call them out with evidence. Would suck if we had our arms chopped off an not be able to counter abuse ourselves when we find it or it finds us. Keeping the streets clean.

Definitely... And in particular those phishing links. The thieves have wiped out too many good people :( . I don't know of one person who would argue with downvoting that, except maybe the hackers.
