Only a few have the luxury that they can quit only because they have enough of it. In the vast majority of cases, although we know that the boss, the enterprise, or the activity we do alone is not the best choice for us, we are stuck in this place until we break down. How to make the hated job more pleasant? How can we wait this time before we decide to change the place of employment?

1. The measure to the goal
If you can not change your work for some reasons, such as financial matters, think about it as you do about the way to the goal. At the end there will be a new workplace. Every now and then, for example every few months, think about whether it is right time to leave your current company.

2. Gain knowledge and experience
In the meantime, as a goal, take as much knowledge and experience as possible. Thanks to this, you will create for yourself a better chance on the labor market. If you feel that your boss is trying to suppress you, do your job with due diligence, but also, if possible, try to help leaders in a different branch of the organization. Thanks to this you will be perceived as a team member and you will gain additional experience. Perhaps you will change the position and department within the same company.

3. Expand your professional circles of acquaintance
Your potential and the possibility to change jobs or positions within your existing enterprise grow if others learn about you and your skills. You can simultaneously be loyal to your current employer and organization and still expand your professional circles of friendship, for example using the LinkedIn platform. Be positive, do not waste time changing what you can not change. Remember, however, that you must be active and need your actions so that you can achieve the desired goal.
