Hey there Steemians, it's Rabbe again. My old friend is still in our hometown, so we decided to hang out again today. The weather was dark and windy, so of course we wanted to take advantage of it and go swimming again. Sometimes I feel like we Finns really are as crazy as they say.
The view from the lake we swam in. The beach is usually full during summer, but today there were only a few people and even they looked at us like we were mad for going swimming. And yes, the water was even colder than on the last swimming trip we took.
We also decided to take our BMX-bikes for a ride since we hadn't done it in a few years. Our hometown had got a new skatepark a few years back, but we had never tested it before. Damn it was fun getting back on the bike I've been riding with for hundreds of hours, like coming back home from a long vacation.

As usual when we are doing something with my old friend, there is a good chance of a bit of bruising and minor bleeding. Well, this was one of those days. 
I gotta say, shorts and pedals are not that good of a combination on the shins. But it's nothing serious so all good. And we had so much fun that it doesn't really matter. In the words of Ice Cube: Today was a good day.
