Skin being the largest organ of the body will take some looking after… right? It doesn’t have to. However, if the skin’s neglected then you are looking to repair something large depending how badly damaged it is!
Damage happens from the likes of disease, the sun, beauty products and weathers. Skin disorders rising from these and that could have been prevented---you only have yourself to blame. It’s not like awareness on skincare isn’t out there.
If you’re fortunate and had a skin problem, but it’s been cured, then hopefully you can learn from what your about to read.
Protect your skin by acting RESPONSIBLE...
Acne---unbeknown to many, don’t know that from being outside could have caused their acne.
If this is true why hasn’t everyone got acne? Maybe they acted RESPONSIBLY … just saying!
Hot and cold temperatures and pollution are hazards to the skin. Each have a troublesome value especially the sun. Never underestimate the power behind UV rays.
For whatever reason a person chooses not to use protective sun cream is nobody’s business but their own, but mark my words regret will come later in years when the skin appears like a dried up shrivelled prune.
Awareness Pointers:
- Pollution spurs acne on.
- Clogged pores host bacteria.
- Sun dries and burns skin.
- Cold weather cracks and chaps.
- Harsh products… need I say more.
Sensitive skin is prone to heat rash which makes the skin itchy and sweaty. Sweat ducts jammed with sweat encourage bacteria. Skin that isn’t amply replenished (hydrated) is more at risk to burning (sunburn). Bacteria and viruses thrive in heat so remember this in hot temperatures (bacterial infections are common).
Tanning… Sun's UV Radiation.
“Melanin” is a deep dark pigment that comes in the skin, the eye (iris) of humans and animals and hair. It is accountable for tanning skin areas subjected to sunlight.
Protection Tip:
The skin needs at least a 30 SPF sun-screen to be sufficiently protected. To be sure ask a doctor or dermatologist for details on safe factor types. It is vital to re-apply sunscreen if and when necessary and wear shades also to help stop dark circles forming around the eyes.
Options available to undo tanning effects (laser skin rejuvenation, microdermabrasion or chemical peels).
Microdermabrasion betters skin discolorations and coarse texture reasoned by the sun, and a procedure that works wonders on brownish spots. Light chemical peels work in the same manner. For scar and wrinkle improvement---stronger light and medium peels (TCA peels).
NOTE: Let’s not forget the skin being the biggest organ of the body remember, and, having to treat it for whatever reason could take time, something you don’t have if you want to be out and about soaking up the sun, which, you must only do if you're prepared to act RESPONSIBLE!
