Soup - Simple yet one of the best in Winters.

in #life2 years ago

Winter is coming to an end really soon, and the one thing that has kept warmth to our mouth is soup. It's very easy to make, is delicious and keeps us warm. What more to ask in a dish like this. Once, when eating out at a 5 star Restaurant, I had this amazing Chicken soup. It was one of the best soups I ever had, and the fried noodles (Manchow) Made it even better. And so I thought, Why not make these at home. So I gave them a try.

Making these are really simple, First boil the noodles until half cooked. We need it to stay half cooked as it will cook more when fried. Else it overcooks and has the chance to burn. Make sure to salt your water like the ocean. Salt it so much that even tasting it is a big no. Not salting your water makes your noodles bland. Which is not something I prefer.

Next, Bring up oil to very high heat. You want to fry the noodles quickly and dry them up. Frying them for long time will make them turn out soggy.

Next, we will make the soup. For which we are too lazy to make our own 😅, So we will be using a packet soup. It's ready in 3 minutes and tasty too! Do let me know if any of you have good soup recipes though! I'll be sure to try them after my finals are finished.

Pour the soup into a fancy bowl, Add some of our fried noodles (Manchow) and enjoy! It's easy to make, can be made fast and delicious!
